28 February 2020, I married my best friend.

We married in a private ceremony with only a few of our closest friends and family present at the beautiful Woodstock Winery.

It was a wonderful day, that went all too fast.

P.S. from a photography position, I will maintain my maiden name and probably won’t look to change it to Michelle Usher Photography at this stage.

I was looking through some old words, words I used to write whilst sitting on the train on the way to or from work. I thought they might suit the picture... they are very old words...

I carry the weight of sadness with me
it clings to me, 
an intangible thread following me
no matter where i go
